Alright, noticing people starting to put unrelated things in the character creation forum. So making a thread just for this.
Little confused about that Deathwatch profile, and I personally see a lot of canon issues with it, particularly based around his becoming a space marine. What are people's thoughts on it? Not going to go into detail because then I'll just look like a canon-nazi <<

Off the top of my head, only thing I thought was odd was that a Crimson Fist came from Armageddon. Other than that... Nothing caught my eye right away. But I guess it isn't that big a deal, I mean it won't have that big of an effect on the rp.

when I was writing it, I was a bit worried about the 'Place of Origin' part, so I winged it and wrote Armageddon. Since I can't really remember where abouts Armageddon is in relation to Rynn's World, I made it so he was found during the Third War of Armageddon just to make more sense. Sorry if I confused anyone

That's always the challenge. I've GM'd a few tabletops and the hardest part (especially with highly diverse characters like we have here) is figuring out what situation could possibly throw them all together.

I think the trick is to not take it too seriously. It also helps when some characters start out on the move. Still, we have a representative from almost every part of the Imperium. If we can pull this off right. This is going to be a LOT of fun.
As a side note, canon-wise, did I get anything wrong with my character? Just want to make sure.

could be the Imperial characters met up purely due to dumb luck, i.e. my Deathwatch character searching for the guy that betrayed him and ending up running into the others by chance. And sticking with them as it might help him find the traitor

Can't wait to see what it is XD Honestly used to traditional forum rp where someone makes a forum and then players join in based in on if it's private, open, or invite only. So you get a lot of different stories all based in the same general area, which can range from fighting NPCs, to fighting other players. It's up to the players to use their imagination. |

I see. Forgive me I'm really not used to this. The only rp's I'be done were chatroom based. This will take some getting used to. Change of pace and all that.
